FAQ'S

I placed an order but it has not yet shipped. What's going on?

We process most orders within 24 hours Monday through Friday, though in rare circumstances we may require up to 48 hours for your order to ship, such as if you order on a Friday after 9AM EST or under periods of high order volume.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards as well as Paypal and Shop Pay.

Where do you ship to?

Due to very high shipping rates and abnormally high rates of fraudulent transactions, we are only able to ship to addresses within the United States.

What are your shipping times?

We currently use USPS and UPS for all domestic deliveries. Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of receiving your order. In rare circumstances, processing time may take up to 48 hours. We do not ship on weekends.

If an order is placed after 9AM EST on Friday, please note this will not ship until the following Monday. Once shipped, please add:

3 to 6 business days for USPS First-Class Class USPS and UPS Ground (packages 13oz and under)

Can I customize my Designer Kit?

We currently do not allow for customized Designer Kits, however we do work with customers on customized Action Method products with order minimums of 250 or more. For more information on this and bulk orders in general, please email support@actionmethod.com.
